These terms of delivery are applied to your ordering from our web store Kissapuu.com and to the deliveries as well.
These terms of delivery are valid as from 14.08.2017. We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go them through each time and before you order from our web store.
The characteristics and the prices of the products in our web store are presented in each product presentation. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and delivery expenses so please check the above amounts in the shopping basket before you accept the order. The prices of the products the value added tax (VAT) and you can see the amount of VAT in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation.
The amount of the possible delivery expenses depend on the product itself (for example the weight and packaging). The amount of the delivery expenses will be added automatically to the total amount of your order and you can see the amount of the delivery expenses in your shopping basket before you accept your order. Depending on weight expenses vary from 19 € to 56 €.
You can order the products in our web store by adding them in to your shopping basket and by accepting your order and by paying it in the payment cashier. When ordering in our web store we require you to read and accept our terms of delivery valid at the time of ordering. You must understand that your accepted order confirmed by us (except to the extent as the cancellation right below may be applied) is binding and will form together with these terms of delivery a contract between us.
For paying your order you can choose any payment method for your shopping basket set in our web store. Payment methods in use are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and also MobilePay (Denmark and Norway only).

IN FINLAND orders will be delivered by Matkahuolto to their local shipping point chosen by you when ordering (R-kioski, K-Market or other shipping point of Matkahuolto) without delivery expenses. Additional home delivery services exists at the price of 7 euros. This optional service is to be paid by you. Cat's Joy Ltd pays delivery till Matkahuolto shipping point.
PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE A PACKAGE BOX AS A SHIPPING POINT AS KISSAPUU PRODUCTS ARE TOO BIG TO BE DELIVERED IN BOXES.
Delivery by Matkahuolto takes approximately 1-3 days. Cat's Joy Ltd is not responsible for a delay of a delivery by carrier company or other reason.
Our typical delivery times to European Union countries and Norway are, depending on the order and the method of delivery, days.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address via GLS Euro Business Parcel service between Monday to Friday during regular business hours. After the first delivery attempt, the parcel(s) will be transported to a local pickup point. In Sweden, all shipments under 20 kg will be delivered to a pickup point.
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery, or if it is a question of regular deliveries of goods at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.
However, products sold by Cat's Joy Ltd are goods that are manufactured according to the chosen options by a customer based on the alternatives given in the web shop. Product can also be customised to fulfill personal needs of a customer. In case of this kind of product automatic right of cancellation does not exist after you have confirmed your order.
In case the product is faulty or damaged during the delivery, kindly notify us inmediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly provide the noticiation attached with a photo and detailed description of defect or damage. A defect will principally be compensated by delivering a new undefected/undamaged product. In case this is not possible, a price reduction or return of payment will be negotiated. Company is responsible for the delivery costs caused by returning of product and delivering of new product.
Kindly follow instructions given by us to return the goods via GLS carrier service. Make sure that goods are well packaged for the return delivery.
If you cancel your order you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation notification, to the Return Address mentioned in these terms below. If needed you have to evidence that the goods are returned within the above mentioned return time (e.g. by showing the return receipt). You have to pay for the costs of the return of the goods. Such costs will not be returned to you.
When returning the goods, please attach your name, contact information and your adequate bank account number so that we can pay your payment for your order back to you. We will return such payment promptly to you in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Kissapuu cat trees are only intended for household use and similar environments for cats to climb in. The cat tree should not be used outdoors (with the exception of a balcony with glazing). It is prohibited to use the cat tree for other purposes. The cat tree is not a play item for children, and children should be supervised when near the cat tree and forbidden from climbing on the cat tree.
The use of a broken or faulty product may cause personal injury or damage to objects. Read the user and assembly instructions carefully before you start using the product. The user and assembly instructions give important information about the assembly, safe use and maintenance of the cat tree. Follow the user and assembly instructions to avoid damaging or breaking the product. Do not install or attach any additional parts that do not belong to the product. The product must always be mounted between the floor and ceiling in accordance with the given instructions, and additional parts that do not belong to the product must not be used in the assembly.
Cat's Joy Ltd (Kissan Ilo Oy) is not responsible for product defects and damage caused by faulty assembly or damage caused by using the product contrary to the user instructions or due to otherwise negligent use of the product.
Product user shall make sure that the assembled product does not loosen during use. The product user should also ensure that worn out product parts are removed or replaced by new ones, so that the damage caused by wear and tear of the product can be avoided.
In case the product is given to another user, make sure that also the user and assembly instructions are given along with the product.
In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle such primarily with you. So please contact our Customer service in such matters so we can try to settle the question.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
