Climbing tower of Aila & Taffel

"Pets cannot be bribed. Thus, I was a little worried what if they never would go even close to this tree. I worried in vain. Both actually really love the cat tree and have chosen regular platforms for themselves."

Aila and Taffel are journalist & writer Laura Friman's british shorthair cats. in 2021 we donated 1 % of each climbing tower purchase to Animal Shelter Kattila (Finland), a charity target that was chosen by Laura Friman.

Kitties' very own climbing tower consists of:

a pole with artificial hemp (standard room height 240-263 cm / 7.8 - 8.6 ft / 94.49 - 103.54 in)
five platforms of birch plywood
- a step level
- two round levels
- a perch and a double perch

There is no felt, instead a double perch has a cushion made of fabric and a perch a cushion of goat fur.

The price of this climbing tower is 854 € (birch plywood, without felt & cushions).

You can locate the levels to the pole as you wish.

Platforms

For wood material you can also choose oak veneer. If desired, you can get the levels coated with your selected felt material (beige, grey, anthracite or red). See extra charge in below table.

If you prefer levels without felt, consider buying a goat fur skin or a cushion that can be washed in machine. Also, you can buy a separate felt from us later, see spare parts.

Pole

Instead of artificial hemp you can choose sisal or manila rope. We provide you with the instructions that help you to replace worn ropes later on and you can also buy rope from us. see spare parts.

Standard room height of cat climbing and scratching tree is 240-263 cm (7.8 - 8.6 ft / 94.49 - 103.54 in). If you have a room height of more than 263 cm (8.6 ft / 103.54 in), we will manufacture you a higher pole at a small additional charge (see below table) up till approximately 300 cm (9.8 ft / 118.11 in). If the room height is higher, contact us before placing an order.

Choose room height "above 263 cm" (8.6 ft / 103.54 in). When ordering, please specify the exact room height in centimetres (cm) or in feet (ft)/inches (in) as additional information (at the end of the order: ordering and delivery notes) to get a customised pole.

The pole is to be assembled to a solid and firm floor, assembly to floor with carpeting is at customer's liability.

Special cases

We recommend a firm customized wall support for heights above 290 cm / 9.6 ft / 114.17 in. See drawing above.

In case the ceiling is sloping, we can make you a tailored part to be fixed to ceiling in order to assemble the pole.

If you move and the room height alters, you only need to adquire a new upper pole. You don't need to buy a completely new cat tree or pole.

If ceiling material is "flexible", you may need a separate ceiling plate.

DELIVERY & VAT

Your order will be delivered from Cat's Joy Ltd within 5-10 working days unless otherwise informed.

GLS Euro Business or Global Business Parcel & Fedex will ship your order to the delivery address in a few days. After the first delivery attempt, the parcel(s) will be transported to a local pickup point. In Sweden, all shipments under 20 kg will be delivered to a pickup point.
